One pound (16 ounces) of our Certified Organic 100% Kona Coffee Roasted Medium Light, which we named "Kathy's Roast" in honor of my cousin who absolutely loves it.

This is a SPECIAL profile. This is roasted to the first crack, and a bit longer and is a lighter tan in color than the medium roast.

The happy faced "character" above is Kathy, who absolutely goes nuts over her namesake "Kathy's Roast".

Kathy's Roast has a very sweet and woody flavor, not the same defined flavor of the Medium Well Roast. You definitely do not need to add sugar if that is how you normally drink your coffee. A totally different twist on Kona Coffee! Kathy doesn't like to add sugar to her drinks so fell in love instantly with this roast!

Most folks will prefer Medium Roast, but we do have a following that only drinks Kathy's Roast!
