Unroasted or green coffee beans are for the serious Kona Coffee drinker who has invested in a home roaster -- it is not hard and worth the effort if you enjoy gourmet coffee! When you order your green beans we hull the coffee from the parchment stage right to the green bean stage and you will receive it from us in just a few days -- the coffee product NEVER leaves our farm! (Notice: limit by law is ten (10) pounds per order, please! Larger volumes are possible but please contact us first for some extra steps involved.)
Green coffee beans need to be stored away from odors and in a humidity controlled container. Under the proper conditions it should store for two years!
