Topic: STORING HOT COFFEE: What's the best way to store hot coffee?

You might be surprised how a nice vacuum “thermos” or one of those nice “air pots” which have glass liners will perform for storing hot coffee. We have filled up one of these early one morning and had really good hot Kona coffee the next day late afternoon. It is not exactly the same as fresh but still the Kona Coffee remained well within its range of the “Kona Coffee Flavor Profile”... we could drink it and still enjoy it and not have to waste.

Here is what we would highly recommend for storing a couple of pots of hot Kona Comfort Coffee when you need to...

The brand name is Tiger, we bought 5 of these from Wal-Mart and they worked very well we were very pleased. Could not find on Wal-Mart.com but I believe ours are 1.9L and cost about $35.

I found this 3 liter version for $41 at ekitron.com -- they were just the first I found in the list that the item came up no particular recommendation just a guide and at least you can see the design (pretty neat)..and know some range of price. Perhaps do some research with a vendor you are familiar with and check some comments from people who have bought the units before?

Amazon.com carries this similar looking air pot from Farberware...$23 and 1.9 liters...
