We can’t discount to businesses that would take our product and sell it at a markup to make more money than we would when we actually spend significant monies to start up and invest in structures and equipment, we use our own time and energy to produce the product.
We aren’t here to get rich, but we do need to make a reasonable return on the products we sell if we intend to be here next year and the next year after that.
We prefer to send our organic Kona coffee beans only for what you anticipate to sell in a short duration of time. Our coffee is coveted by many, including ourselves. We know what makes our coffee perform the best, and a very important part of that is for it to be fresh. Our coffee is best if used as soon as possible after the day we ship it from Hawaii.
The gourmet coffee world will debate many points, and opinions abound, but we have roasted and sampled enough coffee to tell you that it is its best just a couple of days after being roasted. It will remain prime for several weeks, diminishing slow at first to be hardly noticeable. We would prefer to deal with businesses that can move our Hawaiian coffee beans within the time frame that it remains the freshest.
Orders are processed the same as any other of our customers, by signing up in the “SmartCart” on-line, then contacting us with your particulars that you are a business, where you are located, etc. The “Smart Cart” is very flexible and can handle all our customer’s various needs and a big advantage is you can order from you own computer at your own convenient time. We pick up the orders when we have time from our chores and process on our own timeline. Often when people on the Mainland are waking up we are in the middle of our sleep -- shopping carts are always on duty.
