Topic: AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS (COFFEE CLUBS) -- How Does That Work?

When you want regular delivery of coffee, our Coffee Clubs are a great value — you order once and receive regular shipments — any freight increases are absorbed (you don’t get re-billed if costs to ship go up after you have paid for your Club order!).

You get to choose:

(1) Amount of coffee (and inside the order the type of roast, whether whole or ground, whether gift wrapped, whether to you or to a friend);

(2) When the shipments start (the month you ordered or a month in the future);

(3) Which week of the month you want your coffee sent (do you want it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th week); — very flexible — we try hard to serve all our customers’ needs.

You can do as many “clubs” as you like, for example one for yourself for a pound every month, another for your Mom that comes every other month, another for your best friend with totally different specifications -- each time you get the options which include sending to an address other than the account holders!

We keep track on this side and our internal system notifies us ahead of when your next shipment is due and all the information we need is at our fingertips.
