There is limited ocean view from the large lanai at the back of the house.
The property itself is an acre and you can walk to a higher slope toward the back graveled in section -- and see lots of ocean. Beyond the obvious grass yard around the house, the property extends on the gravel in the back to the back rock wall -- at that point the ocean is viewable.
Also, you can take a walk just out our driveway and heading down the street of the neighborhood and see more glimpses of ocean.
We are literally surrounded by ocean most everywhere you go so you are not going to miss looking at ocean.
