Topic: LONG TERM RATES, What if I wanted to stay for a long term?


We can reduce rates when we know the occupany is going to be 100% for a length of time.

Best thing is to CONTACT US BY EMAIL and discuss what you have in mind (are you here for a summer position, are you here while you build your house, etc.?).

These are based on continuous periods of stay, not broken into more than one time period...

Since most people book by weeks, and then by months we convert weeks and months into days. 4 weeks (28 days) is not usually associated with a month. The below table helps to clear up our definitions... Since our rates are already reasonable this is just icing on the cake if you can manage to stay longer. It is not really necessary to book at each end of the Island we are central enough that you can travel and do day trips at each extreme of the Island and still get back for a good night’s rest.

14-20.........days.........10%

21-27.........days.........20%

28-29.........days.........25%

30-59.........days.........35%

60+.............days.........45%

Taxes are still required to be collected even tho you stay longer. The TA tax is removed after a stay of six months, which is considered long term instead of transient.
