Each rental unit has a “base rate” which is for a set number of people for one night. We call it a base rate because the nightly rate goes down the longer you stay and each unit has an occupancy associated with its base rate as well, so it can go up as well.
Our extra person charge is $10 a person a day, however if you do not claim and over occupy your unit we will double the rate to $20 a person a day for any over what you have paid for (for example you paid for 6 people but you actually have 7 and don’t pay the fees but still occupy).

As one example: The studio may have or had a “base rate” of $65 and that base rate is for two people.
If you rented the studio for two nights and you had three people in your party, this is how that would breakdown...the rate would reflect the third person surcharge at $10 a night ($65 base + $10 for extra person/night).
